New to painter.... yikes!

as the title states... i need to learn how to use this program and its brushes. I've been struggling to make a brush that has the same feel as the simple water brush from painter 5(?) back in the day. anyone have good links to tutorials and such???

anyways, thanks for the invite! (i apologize in advance for my shamble painter attempts)

cheers!

only brush I managed to like was a tinting brush that was like a laggy version of hard/round pressures set to opacity&flow in PS...at that point I ended our date early and never called her back. I should never have cheated on photoshop :(

True, you should never have cheated on photoshop. but if she's willing you should include Painter into the mix as a 3rd... never exclude PS, keep her as the primary, but a threesome with Painter is cool.

seriously I think that using both can produce some seriously cool results...

The Plan

A sketch every day whether it's a sketch on a napkin or 23 hr study, it's due today!
